At Creative Flair we are passionate about providing creative music and dance classes to enrich the experiences of young people, and help children to develop essential core skills while having fun in a friendly and relaxed environment.

Creative Flair’s owner, Jennifer Faulkner, has been teaching dance for over 20 years and completed her Fellowship Dance Teaching Degree at The Orme School of Dancing. Jennifer also has an Honours Degree in Dance and is a qualified music teacher.

In 2024 Creative Flair celebrated their 20th Anniversary. We started off with 3 sessions in 2004 and now are providing sessions all over the West Midlands to many children and their settings.

Thousands of children across Coventry and the West Midlands have had their first experiences of dance and music at a Creative Flair session and hopefully these children will hold onto some very happy memories of their time with us.

Jennifer Faulkner
(Owner/Manager)
Jennifer has enjoyed teaching children in nurseries and schools all over Coventry and Warwickshire for many years, having established Creative Flair in 2004. Creative Flair has expanded over these years and now there are sessions all over the West Midlands. Jennifer also co-owns The Orme School of Dancing and completed her teacher training there as well as a Joint Honours Degree in Dance and Music at Coventry University.
Jo Mattacola
Teacher
Jo joined us in 2017 and is part of our Northampton Team and teaches our session in local nurseries. Jo has her own Dance School in Northampton.
Krystle Gerrard
Teacher
Krystle joined the team in 2015 and teaches sessions in nurseries and schools for Creative Flair. She has lots of experience teaching many diffrent dance styles to all ages of students.
Eleanor Gear
Teacher
Eleanor joined the team at Creative Flair in 2019 and teaches in our schools and nurseries. She has lots of experiences bringing Dance and Drama to all ages and is full of enthusiasm and passion for what she does. Eleanor works in our Coventry and Warwickshire settings
Amber Cahill
Teacher
Amber has recently graduated with a degree in Dance and Community Practice and has experience teaching dance in many community settings and is looking forward to furthering her experience with Creative Flair. Amber teaches in our Birmingham nurseries and schools.
Courtney Reading
Teacher
Courtney teaches in our nurseries and schools in Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull. She completed her Dance degree at London Studio Centre and Courtney started with Creative Flair in July 2021. Courtney brings her enthusiasm and creativity into her classes each time and the children really enjoy her sessions.
Liz Wilson
Teacher
Liz trained at a local Dance School in Coventry before continuing her training at London College of Dance. She has been teaching all styles of Dance for 24 years to children and adults. Liz also runs Funky Dance Parties. Teaching dance is Liz's passion and it works around her 3 lively boys. Liz teaches in our Coventry and Warwickshire settings.
Isabelle Lynock
Teacher
Isabelle completed her degree in Dance at Edge Hill University and graduated in 2019. She enjoys making Dance and Music sessions fun for all of the children and getting them moving and grooving. When she’s not teaching Dance you will find her in the swimming pool teaching children how to swim at her own swim school! Isabelle joined our Birmingham team in 2022.
Cadisha Browne
Teacher
Cadisha completed her degree in Dance and Musical Theatre in 2019 at Stella Mann College and has been teaching in Primary Schools, nurseries and at after school clubs ever since. She has also performed at UK Black Pride in London and on TV for the BBC since graduating. Cadisha teaches in our Birmingham nursery settings and started with us in 2022.
Jazmine Moss
Teacher
Jazmine started dancing at the age of 3 joining Ballet, Tap, Modern and Acro classes. She attended festival competitions, pantomimes and shows around the Midlands. Jazmine trained at BOA in Birmingham and gained her BTEC in Dance. Jazmine has also trained as an Aerialist and joined Chantry School in Grantham on their Associate Contemporary Program. Jazmine has gained all her Level 4 Teaching Diplomas in Ballet, Tap Modern and Associate Freestyle and wishes to pass on her love of dance and performance to the next generation of students. Jazmine joined Creative Flair in 2022 and teaches in our Coventry and Solihull settings.
Lauren Parkin
Teacher
Lauren completed her diploma at Phil Winston’s Theatreworks graduating as an IDTA qualified teacher. She has had many years of teaching from being a teaching assistant from an early age to teaching weekly classes within a local dance school. Lauren is a funny, friendly and energetic teacher who has has many experiences as a performer such as dancing at the Commonwealth Games handover, Stay Close Netflix series and regular entertainment work. Lauren joined us in 2023 and is looking forward to teaching the children at Creative Flair and giving them fun and memorable, creative experiences.
Zoe Morris
Teacher
Zoe has been passionate about dance taking examinations in IDTA, Trinity and RAD for a long time as well as  performing in annual shows. She studied at  Pattison College Of Arts where she trained in all areas of performing arts and completed various IDTA performance and teaching qualifications. Zoe is currently working towards more qualifications to further her professional development. Zoe is excited to be passing on her vast knowledge to the children at Creative Flair and becoming a valued member of the team. She joined us in 2023.
Kylie Dack
Teacher
Kylie has been dancing since the age of 4, specialising in Acro, Tap, Modern and Lyrical. She studied Dance at college earning a Merit. She has danced in the London Mardi Gras show and recently took part in a short dance film aired on All4 which was about dance bringing people together from all backgrounds and diversities. Kylie loves teaching children as it is so rewarding to see their progression and accomplishments. Kylie teaches in our Coventry area and started with us in 2023.
Holly Parker
Teacher
Holly’s love for dancing started at age 3 when she started ballet. Growing up, she performed solo competition pieces at dance festivals across the country alongside traditional ballet training. She has been teaching RAD ballet, IDTA tap and fun movement classes to little ones since 2022. Holly loves seeing the children she teaches grow in confidence and enjoy the art of dance. Holly teaches in our Warwickshire area and joined us in 2024.
Katie Carter
Teacher
Katie started her dance journey at 3 years old where she took part in classes, exams and performances in styles such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Freestyle, musical theatre and gymnastics. She later studied Level 3 dance and gained triple Distinction. Katie then began to teach Dance and sport to children from 6 months to 16 years. Katie also loves to Showgirl at different events around the West Midlands. Everyday she loves to share her passion and inspire the next generation of performers. Katie teaches in our Birmingham and Dudley area and joined us in 2024.
Megan Foster
Teacher
Megan started dancing from the age of three training in a variety of styles and doing many competitions. Megan then trained full time at The School of Ballet Theatre UK gaining a degree in Ballet Performance. She then went on to get her Level 4 Diploma in Dance Teaching in the styles of Ballet and Theatre Craft with the IDTA, and now teaches at her local dance school. Megan started teaching in our Walsall and Birmingham area in 2024.
Charley Perks
Teacher

Charley has a First Class Degree in Dance and a background in Street Dance and Commercial Dance. Charley has been dancing since the age of 14 years old and has travelled to train in New York City, Los Angeles, France, and The Netherlands. Charley is a community dance teacher and artist and has taught at numerous dance companies and schools across the West Midlands and is currently part of Birdgang Hip Hop theatre company in London.

Charley has performed in front of Micheal Jacksons 'Smooth Criminal' leading dancers at the biggest MJ Convention in Europe and some of her performance experience includes The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Pageant, The Commonwealth Games, Godiva Festival and ZooNations Some Like It Hip Hop.

Charley has a passion for teaching dance and the arts to all generations and she can't wait to work for Creative Flair and make a positive impact on young children's lives. She started at Creative Flair in January 2025.

Jill Collins
Teacher
Jill trained professionally at Phil Winstons Theatreworks and from here became a qualified dance teacher both with the IDTA & NATD. She has been teaching many styles of dance including Ballet, Disco, Tap, Acro for 18 years. Dance teaching is her passion and she thoroughly enjoys teaching all ages from nursery children to adults. Jill started with us in 2021, had a break when she had her son, then started back in 2024 in the Nuneaton/Leicester area.
Emily Gyles
Teacher
Emily graduated from The Urdang Academy in 2024 where she gained a First Class Honours Degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre (BA). Emily has trained in Dance and Musical Theatre since she was 4 years old. Before she attended The Urdang Academy she completed RAD and IDTA exams to an advanced level as well as being an All England Dance finalist with honours recognition. Alongside her training at The Urdang Academy, Emily worked as a dance teacher at a London dance school for ages 3-18, delivering classes in a range of styles. Upon returning to the Midlands, Emily took her Acrobatic Arts Module 1 course. Emily is excited to see what her professional performing career entails as well as developing her teaching career also. Emily started with Creative Flair in 2025.
Olivia Neslen
Teacher
Olivia has danced from a young age and trained professionally at Bird College. She continued her teaching qualifications through the IDTA and loves inspiring little ones through fun, creative dance classes. Olivia enjoys meeting new people and helping every child feel confident. Olivia teaches in our Coventry and Warwickshire area sessions and bring lots of fun and excitement to our sessions. Olivia started with us in 2025.
Kizzy Schumacher
Teacher

Kizzy is very passionate about Dance and Entertainment and being able to share my passion with others.

Kizzy started dancing at a local dance school at the age of 12, then went onto to completing a BTEC Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Dance at college. She moved to London and Graduated from UEL with a 1st Hons Degree in Urban Dance Practice. She now has over 10 years of experience teaching dance and youth activities in the UK and aboard. Kizzy has previously taught in primary schools and has also worked abroad as part of an animation team and completed a 4 and half month contract on the Disney Magic cruise liner. Kizzy started with Creative Flair in 2025.

Ríona O’Dowd
Teacher
Ríona holds a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Dance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDipEd) with Qualified Teacher Status. She has a strong background in Contemporary Dance and has trained in RAD Ballet from the age of 5. She has also been involved in Drama from a young age, taking part in productions and gaining Distinction at Grade 8 in both Speech and Acting. This performance background supports her dance teaching by helping her bring imagination, storytelling and creative expression into her classes. With a teaching background in primary education and a specialism in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Ríona has a deep understanding of how young children learn and thrive. She now combines her love of dance and teaching to deliver creative, inclusive and engaging classes that inspire confidence, imagination and joy through movement. Riona started at Creative Flair in 2025 in our Birmingham Area.
Sofie Freeman
Teacher
Sofie graduated from Performers College in 2025 with a degree in Musical Theatre and Dance. Her love for music and dance began when she was young, where she completed grades in Classical Singing and Music Theory, as well as performing in local musical theatre productions. Sofie is passionate about inspiring young people to build confidence within the performing arts, and aims to create a fun environment for them to be creative. Sofie started teaching with Creative Flair in 2025 and teaches in our Birmingham area.
